Rules in Instances Empty Rules in Instances

To run an instance with less casualties and to make it possible to finish it I wil  list here some to do stuff:
hard instances we use mem party buff potts like Lizard Blood (hp) Tigerblood (for physical attack tanks) Arcane (for magical attack boost)

Dont wear wings (hide them in Magic wardrobe), dont summon pets for visuals, only let warden pets and ur main pet summoned, special pets for tp, drop etc -> summon  -> get buff -> unsummon, dont use transformation potts from housekeeper or IS, dont use grow potions. All of these drop framerate and create lagg, not just for you but for entire party.

We trust eachother in guildruns so we dont use Lootmaster atm. Pass all mob loot its green or blue loot nothing usefull (compared to purple boss loot) these are for cash so runners can repair gear. Bosses: just pick mems: Mournival loots last.  Some one might be out of range and wont get an option to get gear, thats why 1 will loot last. We run together so all have to have a chance for good loot. Purple Gear: Ask b4 u need, others could use it also. U get say on loot for ur main class first, not for second or third, only if u have 1 specific class that isnt in ini u get 1 say on the loot.
Keep in mind there are sets ingame who have "item extraction skills", these are specific classes only. Runners need those also to get a new skill.
These are harder to get so party will devide this parts with more caution, so the skills will be gotten.

Visuals. Sometimes weapons or gear looks pretty good, and u want to aggregate it to you weapon or to your clothes/Magic wardrobe. If no one wants it, ask and tell u want the visual. Keep in mind if u get it u will use it.

Greeding: is never allowed. if u misspress u get a warning (everyone makes mistakes), if u continue.... U will be kicked from party and out of the run. No need for ninjalooting or greeding. We trust eachother that should be enough.

Befor runs start: be ure u got petfood (dead pet needs food), get buffs (in guild or in house from maid), be sure u got backpack space, make sure ur changed to proper class (noob mistake if u come as lvl 1 knight  Arrow ). Have hp/mp potts (normal potts, alchemy potts or phrius potts). And be sure u have done the needed pre quests for the instance (if needed)

Some guildies might want to help you to get gear or complete quests in Ini or help u getting shells (GM). Be polite and keep in mind they do that to help you. So u wont need greed. If monstercards are dropped in these runs they are for the one who runs the ini for you (unless she/he tells you different)

Above all listen to what is said how to behave and what to do: if u die by Leeroying not partys fault if u die and get debt.

Also keep in mind its a guild effort to run an Instance. Listen to what u are told, harder ini's need strategies. U are responsible for ur task to make the instance a succes. Teamwork i most important: theres no ME in party or Raid during fights! Lower lvl instances u can nuke so u only ned to dps, but higher ini's u need to rely on ur party, if u can't do ur task, why would u get invite?
Inis have a start time, press G to check announcements or ask council wich ini if or will be done. Please be buffed and ready to go, atm we gonna start asap, if ur not there run might start.

I hope i dont have to update this post annymore
for people not on forum we will asign tasks who does what and were to look out for

also wanted to say have respect for party. We wont run a hard ini for u just cause u have quests there, and also keep in mind some people dont have enough: hp / defense / skill for joining the ini
We did a lot of work to finish every ini, to gear up and to work as a team.
Not every ini can be done as guild run atm. some normal modes are to hard, and some u won t even survive. It's not cause ur not good enough, no its because of survival. Guildruns are intended for finishing ini alive. And some cant keep to strategy or complain that the it takes to long. At a certain point we all be lvlcap, and we have to try to run inis at same lvl. And that wil be hard, nd we need to rely on eachother. And also we need to be geared up.

Can say it blunt: Slacking in WA and higher wont happen, cause u could wipe party. Bad luck if u got quests, we all had and we just made ourself ready to run them. Not geared up? Sorry u wont survive, and u could be responsible for party wipe. U cant apply strategy? No reason to join. Not enough hp? Sorry u wont survive. At lvl 50 u started with minis. Enough crapstats for gear, and enough statts for wings. Cause if ur luck is that bad that u wont have wings on lvl 65, u cant join hard inis. No need to buy from AH (when u start gearing by AH, u will depend on it till lvlcap and u only play RoM for minis dq and farming stuff for gold), but doing some effort is not a big thing to ask. Most of u got gear from hos, or got borrowed gear or gear from other inis.
Most of us work of there but to make our guild able to do guildruns, or help guildies or even work there but of for guildmatts. The bufftowers u use have an upkeep cost and costed alot of matts to build. We have a forum with guides and options to PM eachother for advice or info or help.

So read the stuff, listen to ur friends or Officers and play the game Smile
